Training & Education

Given the significant demand for corporate governance (CG) training and education in Saudi Arabia and the broader region, the primary objective of this department is to provide capacity-building activities by leveraging internal experts and establishing partnerships with external experts (individuals and organizations) to deliver training programs.
The goal is to promote the value of CG to the economy and society through various initiatives, including publications, roundtable discussions, workshops, lectures, seminars, and webinars. The department also offers governance training courses for board members, regulators, CG specialists, and other interested parties. Additionally, we contribute to graduate and undergraduate courses on governance within the College of Business and College of Law, leading to independent studies and internships in various aspects of CG. All training programs are aligned with research initiatives and trusted indices.
Moreover, the department facilitates interactions between corporate and capital market leaders from both the region and internationally. This includes bringing together CEOs, board chairmen, and directors of leading publicly traded Saudi companies, alongside regulators, corporate governance scholars, and professionals, for in-depth discussions on new developments in corporate governance and regulations.
If your institution is looking to enhance awareness of good corporate governance and develop board members and governance professionals, we are ready to support your efforts.
